Holiday Dinner Dance – Event Center

The Italian American Club invites all to our Holiday Dinner Dance.

 

The Italian American Club will celebrate the Holidays with a dinner dance on Friday, December 13 at the Event Center.  The hosted bar will be open from 5:15 to 6 P.M. with dinner to follow.

Dinner, catered by Il Pavone, will start with a winter salad with pears and cranberries. The pasta course will be squash ravioli with brown butter sage.  The main dish will be carved NY strip steak with mashed potatoes, gravy and grilled broccolini.  The vegetarian entrée will be Portobello mushrooms stuffed with spinach and cheese.  Dessert will be the house special bread pudding with whiskey sauce.  Red and white wine, as well as decaffeinated coffee and tea, will be included.

The Nob Hill Sound Quartet will provide music for listening and dancing.  Attire for the evening will be coat and tie for men, and dressy for women.  Guests are reminded to bring cash for the 50/50 raffle drawing.

Dinner is $60 for members and $70 for guests.  Send checks, payable to the Italian American Club, to The Italian American Club, 1001 Golden Rain Road, Walnut Creek, CA, 94595.  Checks may also be dropped off at the Club mailbox at Gateway.  For the vegetarian option, write “vegetarian” on the reservation check. 

Be sure to include the full name, phone number, address and email address for each person attending and clearly indicate the names that you would like to see on the name tags.

Those who wish to sit together should send names and checks in one envelope. 

No reservations will be accepted after the deadline of Thursday, December 5.

No refunds will be offered.  Those unable to attend, but who have paid, can arrange to pick up their dinner after 8 p.m. by calling Connie Palladino at 1-408-314-7447 by noon on the day of the event.  The packaged and labeled dinners will be available in the Donner Room.
