Celebrate Saint Valentine’s Day with the Italian American Club

Join us for an enchanting evening of fine food, music, and romance as the Italian American Club hosts its Saint Valentine’s Dinner Dance on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the Event Center. Whether you are celebrating with a special someone, friends, or family, this elegant evening promises to make Valentine’s Day truly memorable.

The festivities begin with a hosted bar from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by dinner catered by Il Pavone. Guests will enjoy a multi-course meal served family style, in the tradition of an Italian home, accompanied by selected Italian wines.

The menu includes antipasto, Caesar salad, and sliced sourdough baguette, followed by a pasta course of farfalle marinara. The main course offers a choice of chicken piccata with sauteed zucchini and carrots, or a vegetarian eggplant parmesan with zucchini, tomato, and mozzarella. Dessert will feature apple cranberry tart, served with decaffeinated coffee and tea.

Music for listening and dancing will be provided by The Vintage Jukebox, setting the tone for a lively and joyful evening. Guests are encouraged to dress elegantly: coat and tie for gentlemen, and dressy attire for ladies.

The activity fee is $70 for members and $80 for guests. To reserve your place, please make checks payable to The Italian American Club of Rossmoor and mail them to 1001 Golden Rain Road, Walnut Creek, CA 94595, or drop them in the Italian American Club mailbox at Gateway.

Please include the names to appear on name tags, along with email addresses for both members and guests. If you wish to be seated with friends, all names and checks should be submitted together in one envelope. For the vegetarian entree, please clearly write “vegetarian” on your reservation check.

Reservations close on Thursday, January 29. No reservations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued after that date.

Guests are reminded to bring cash for the 50/50 drawing.

If you have tickets but are unable to attend, you may still enjoy the dinner. Please contact Connie Palladino at 408-314-7447 by noon on the day of the event to arrange for dinner pickup after 8 p.m. Packaged and labeled meals will be available in the Donner Room.
